Inset day training - School

We’ll cover:

An overview of ADHD - What it is, and what it absolutely is NOT.

  • ADHD as a nervous system difference (not just behaviour)

  • recognising ADHD in your classroom.

  • Why children may present as dysregulated, withdrawn, or masking

  • Sensory needs and emotional regulation in the classroom

  • Practical, realistic strategies that work (and aren't going to cost)

  • How to talk to children and parents about ADHD without shame

  • Supporting the whole school community, including staff

The session is designed so staff don’t just learn, but they recognise, reflect, and rethink what they’re seeing in their own classrooms, and are then equipped to act accordingly.

For the session, I will need to be able to display a presentation with sound & wifi. Please let me know if anyone has accessibility issues around dyslexia or color blindness so that I can adjust my slides accordingly.
